WhatsApp campaigns at scale, on ordinary numbers

Reach WhatsApp groups and contacts from a fleet of regular numbers you already own. No Business API, no template approvals, no per-message fees — and your whole team works from one shared web app.

Why this is different

Built on regular numbers, not the Business API

Most platforms sit on top of WhatsApp's Business API. That decides what you can send, who you can send it to, and what it costs. We took the other route.

What it does

Four things, done properly

Campaigns across a fleet of numbers

Compose once and deliver across every number you have linked, without anyone watching a screen.

  • Work is shared across numbers automatically
  • Compose once, schedule it, and let it run
  • Text, images and video
  • Progress visible while it sends

Groups, not just individuals

Group messaging is the point, not an afterthought bolted on later.

  • Your group catalogue, kept current
  • Target by group, list or segment
  • Schedule ahead, or repeat on a pattern
  • Per-group delivery visible afterwards

Reporting you can act on

What was sent, what arrived, and what was opened — broken down the ways that matter.

  • Delivery rates per campaign
  • Breakdowns by number and by group
  • Account health, so a struggling number is visible
  • Exports for your own analysis

Built to keep numbers healthy

Sending hard and fast is how numbers get blocked. Avoiding that is designed in, not left to whoever is at the keyboard.

  • Sending paced across the day, not dumped at once
  • Per-number daily limits enforced, not merely suggested
  • New numbers warmed up before they carry real load
  • Health shown per number, so trouble is visible early

Getting started

How a rollout actually works

Your account is created

We set up your workspace and send you the sign-in details. Nothing for you to install.

You link numbers

Each number is linked by scanning a code, the same way WhatsApp Web works.

We load your groups

Your existing groups and contacts are brought in and catalogued.

You start sending

Campaigns run on a schedule and reporting is live from the first send.

Who it is for

Organisations that live in WhatsApp groups

Campaigns, membership bodies and field networks that already run on WhatsApp and have outgrown doing it by hand. If your reach is counted in hundreds of groups rather than a mailing list, this is built for your shape of problem.

Questions

Before you ask

Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?

No. The system works with ordinary WhatsApp numbers, linked the same way you would link WhatsApp Web.

Can it send to groups?

Yes. Group messaging is the primary use, including scheduling and per-group reporting.

Do messages need template approval?

No. There is no template approval step and no 24-hour reply window to work around.

How many numbers can I run?

Each machine carries a few dozen numbers comfortably, and deployments scale by adding machines. We size this with you before installation.

How do we access it?

Through a web application in your browser. There is nothing to install, and your whole team can work in it together.

How do I get started?

Write to us and we will arrange a demonstration on a live system, then size a deployment for your volume.

See it running

A demonstration takes about half an hour, on a live system rather than slides.
